By creating an account or using Celk, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Celk. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Celk is an AI-powered study application. It generates flashcards from user-uploaded content, conducts interactive study sessions, and provides performance tracking. The AI persona (“Inmate #4207”) is a fictional character — all responses are generated by an AI language model (Google Gemini).
You retain ownership of any content you upload (notes, PDFs, text). By uploading content, you grant Celk a limited licence to process and store that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, contains personal information of others without consent, or is otherwise unlawful.
You agree not to:
— Use Celk for any unlawful purpose — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI system prompts or model outputs at scale — Abuse, harass, or attempt to manipulate the AI in ways designed to produce harmful content — Share your account with others or attempt to circumvent usage limits — Upload content containing malware, exploits, or code designed to compromise the service
Celk offers multiple interaction tones, including “Savage” and “Unhinged.” These tones are designed to simulate a demanding, critical teaching style and may include strong language, harsh criticism, and blunt commentary on errors.
By selecting “Savage” or “Unhinged” tone, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to receiving this style of AI-generated content. This content is simulated by an AI and is not directed at you personally.
If you find this content distressing, switch to “Standard” or “Kind” tone at any time from the session settings.
Celk is not responsible for emotional distress resulting from AI-generated content in tones you have explicitly selected.
AI-generated study content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Celk is a study aid — it is not a substitute for authoritative textbooks, qualified instruction, or professional advice. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for high-stakes decisions, professional qualifications, or medical/legal/financial matters.
We make no warranty that the content generated is accurate, complete, or current.
Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. Day passes are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Each plan includes a daily token limit for AI usage. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Exceeding your daily limit suspends AI features until the next reset. We reserve the right to adjust token limits with reasonable notice.
Do not attempt to circumvent token limits through technical means.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Celk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. Use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, emotional distress, or poor exam results.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification.
